Re-Imagining How Things Are Done
At Kingdomi Capital we like to build small to mid size projects from scratch. We take no outside money (no debt or equity financing) and we intentionally keep our team small. We focus on building a portfolio of projects that we personally find deeply interesting. At Kingdomi Capital, passion comes before profit.
Long Term Builders & Holders of Value
At Kingdomi Capital we build projects from the ground up. Once a project is built, we begin the process of scaling. This is a multi-year process where you use primarily organic growth strategies to achieve scale. We use a wide variety of low-leverage or creative leverage strategies to build awareness around a project.
Anti-Exit
We don’t build with a plan to sell later on. We build companies that we plan on holding forever. Because we don’t use outside financing (debt or equity), we have no pressure on us to achieve certain levels of growth. This means that we can scale peacefully and steadily over the long haul. Most of our projects still manage to achieve a 40% – 100% YoY growth rate.
With our high hit rate and fast organic growth rates we have built a cusion which allows faster growing projects to help our newer projects stand on their own two feet.
Proven Product & Growth Frameworks
At Kingdomi Capital we use our own internal product and growth frameworks which we’ve used successfully over the years. Having access to a proven development and growth framworks allows us to minimize risk and maximize return.
We Enable Entrepreneurship
While all of our projects are internally conceived and launched, some of our ideas rely on the participation of independent collaborating partners and entrepreneurs.
Experienced Core Team of Experts
Kingdomi Capital is made up of an intentionally small core team of 5 core experts. This team is responsible for conceptualizing, building and launching a V.1 of each product.

We work with a wide community of partners who help us deliver our products and services. We’re actively engaged in creative profit sharing opportunities with our partners.
A Healthy Appetite For Risk
Most of our ideas don’t require huge amounts of capital to get off the ground. We focus on building a V.1 of each of our projects using mostly sweat equity. Because we’re not beholden to investors, we can explore ideas that investors might find too risky.
Data Driven Approach To Growth
We’ve been building and growing companies for the last 20 years. Our experience in product development and growth has allowed us to refine our development and growth playbooks. As we collect more data, our decision making process becomes more effective and less risky.
Concept Discovery Labs
All of our ideas start in our projects are born into our creative lab. Our lab is a place for us to workshop ideas and test for product / market fit. This gives us a bit of time to experiment with an idea before we bring it to market. Once an idea has been validated, we can then publicly launch it.
